By accessing and using Gun Guesser ("the site", "the game") at gunguesser.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the site.

Description of Service

Gun Guesser is a free-to-play browser-based geography trivia game where players guess the country of origin of firearms by placing a pin on a world map. The game is provided as-is for entertainment and educational purposes.

User Conduct

By using Gun Guesser, you agree to:

• Use appropriate, non-offensive player names
• Not attempt to manipulate leaderboards or game results
• Not interfere with the operation of the site or its servers
• Not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the game
• Not exploit bugs or vulnerabilities — report them instead

We reserve the right to remove any player name, score, or account that violates these terms without notice.

Accounts

Gun Guesser offers optional lightweight accounts (name + 4-digit PIN). These are not traditional accounts — no email or personal information is required. You are responsible for keeping your PIN secure. We cannot recover lost PINs. Accounts without a PIN may be reclaimed after 90 days of inactivity.

Intellectual Property

The Gun Guesser name, logo, and game design are the property of Gun Guesser. Firearm images and information are used for educational purposes. All map data is provided by OpenStreetMap contributors and CARTO under their respective licenses.

Advertising

Gun Guesser displays advertisements through Google AdSense and may include other advertising partners in the future. Ad content is served by third parties and is not endorsed by Gun Guesser. See our Privacy Policy for details on how advertising data is handled.

Disclaimers

Gun Guesser is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of game data, or preservation of scores and leaderboard positions.

This game is for entertainment and educational purposes only. Gun Guesser does not promote, endorse, or facilitate the sale, purchase, or use of firearms.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gun Guesser and its operators shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of or inability to use the site.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
